Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to conversion, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Track and report sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and sales achievements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
